Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Project Manager to lead architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will oversee project management from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Evaluate and ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to align on project goals.
  • Manage project changes and issues promptly.
  • Effectively manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in architectural design project management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail to ensure quality project deliverables.
  • Proficient in project management software.
