Architectural Design Specialist

We are seeking an Architectural Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our architectural department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret architectural designs to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Research and source materials for projects, maintaining the highest quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead junior architects, delegate tasks, and oversee their performance to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and deliver skills enhancement workshops to improve team efficiency.
  • Communicate design requirements and specifications effectively with construction teams.
  • Update clients on project status and timelines, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Prepare building models and structure plans, utilizing software such as REVIT.
  • Conduct mockup sessions and guide construction projects from start to finish, focusing on innovative solutions.
  • Present project briefs to clients, showcasing your expertise and vision.
  • Understand client needs and environmental impacts on projects, applying sustainable practices.
  • Create blueprints and make alterations based on client feedback, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop projects within specified budget and timeline constraints, demonstrating your ability to manage resources.
  • Undertake regular site visits and inspections, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and interpret structural layouts, act as mentor, manager, and advisor, providing expert guidance.
  • Control projects to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrate creativity and foresight in developing architectural solutions, staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as REVIT.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices and environmental impact.
