Lead to Cash Consultant

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned lead to cash consultant with expertise in cloud SaaS products architecture and functional consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM or L2R experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a process consultant for lead to revenue domain projects.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional leads, including pricing consultants.
  3. Participate actively in discovery requirement gathering workshops.
  4. Conduct comprehensive business consultation requirements discussions, whiteboarding, and process flow designs.
  5. Design solutions that meet customer needs, considering underlying products and broader IT landscape architecture integration.
  6. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and extensible, minimizing customizations.
  7. Act as a liaison between technical, functional, and business teams to drive lead-to-cash-oriented discussions.
  8. Provide guidance on industry-leading practices and domain expertise across lead to cash.
  9. Document the current and desired processes with the guidance of cross-functional leads.
  10. Review process roadmaps and solution architectures with project teams before design and development activities.
  11. Guide offshore delivery teams in technical and functional domains as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years' experience in software project implementations related to CRM pricing domain or cloud platform products.
  • Strong understanding of core technical concepts, including RDBMS, Cloud Technologies, PaaS, SaaS Platforms, etc.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams internally and at customer locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn cloud SaaS platform products and understand E2E architecture.
