
Drive Business Growth as a Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to drive demand for our Microsoft services portfolio targeting enterprise mid-market and SMB clients.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and supporting sales closure. They will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing multi-channel campaigns, building databases of potential customers, qualifying leads, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing lead generation strategies
- Managing multi-channel campaigns
- Building databases of potential customers
- Qualifying leads
- Tracking KPIs
Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is required to create compelling content, presentations, and campaigns.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with email automation, Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and lead intelligence tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, preferably in Microsoft services or IT solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is essential. Key Performance Indicators include number of qualified leads generated monthly, contribution to sales pipeline revenue, campaign ROI, and lead conversion rates engagement with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
