Job Overview

This is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the planning and execution of engaging webinars that align with our marketing goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  2. Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  4. Oversee the entire webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  5. Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  6. Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  7. Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
