Founders Office Internship

We're seeking a highly driven and curious intern to work directly with our founders. This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable with data collection, analysis, PowerPoint, and Excel — and has the mindset to build processes, solve problems, and turn ideas into reality.

The intern will assist our founders with daily tasks including research, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and supporting various projects. The intern will also help in executing marketing strategies, managing events, and creating content as needed.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist founders with daily tasks, including research, report preparation, meeting coordination, and project support.
  • Help execute marketing strategies, manage events, and create content as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous internship or experience in a similar role is a plus.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Extreme proactiveness. This is the number one trait we're looking for. We will not micromanage you - you must be a complete self-starter, and make yourself super busy and just take care of things without being asked.
  • Very high attention to detail. This is super important.
  • Very good with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets, financial models, formulae, and data. No need to code, but certainly just super comfortable with numbers. No need to know all about metrics already, but you must be willing and capable to learn them intimately.
  • Speed is of the essence, and you must be comfortable using AI tools to get even faster.
  • Communication is key: you'll need very strong English (written and spoken) and ability to make great presentations.
  • Travel when required, but based in Bengaluru.
