About the Role

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing and analyzing in-depth MIS reports in various formats, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

They will drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The successful candidate will manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Financial Planning: Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Accounts Management: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle all statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and liaison with Income Tax departments, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Balance Sheet Preparation: Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Audit Coordination: Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms, to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Taxation Expertise: Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain flexibility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
  • ERP Systems: Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
