About This Role

Senior Executive Procurement is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving procurement efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain principles, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to analyze market trends.

The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure seamless execution. They will implement tools and dashboards for procurement performance analysis and continuous improvement, as well as develop and apply supplier evaluation criteria focusing on financial stability, quality standards pricing competitiveness and delivery performance.

This role requires the ability to manage supplier onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards. The candidate must also provide support related to the latest trends, updates & modern techniques in the market, including localization for imported materials and import substitutes for spares.

In addition, the Senior Executive Procurement will be responsible for inventory control, sustainability integration, monitoring and arranging all production as well as non-production items, and defining, tracking and reporting KPIs such as cost savings, on time delivery, supplier compliance and quality of goods.

We are seeking a unique and talented individual who brings along the following:
  • Masters / Bachelors Degree + relevant software experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills, Good knowledge of market and new trend, well conversant with economic principles of demand & supply.
