Job Description:

Pricing analysts determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals.

They analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine prices for upcoming opportunities.
  • Support stakeholders in preparing customized financial solutions for clients.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models, and projected profitability on deals.
  • Conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and derive methods to improve profitability.
  • Develop innovative solutions to present robust propositions to clients.

Key Results:

  • Gross Profit Margin.
  • Total Revenue.
  • Number of deals.
  • Accounts with a positive or negative margin.
  • Sales Per Person.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant with 7-10 years of experience.
  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Pricing role for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
  • Experience in healthcare &/or Mortgage industry pricing is beneficial.
  • Product pricing know-how is advantageous.
  • Experience with Power BI and AI tools is desirable.
