Lead Visual Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling visual content, transforming wireframes into intuitive designs, and developing videos that tell compelling stories.

  • Visual Content: Develop visually appealing visual content for various marketing channels.
  • UI / UX: Transform wireframes into conversion-focused designs, perform performance analysis on assets, and iterate based on user feedback and campaign analytics.
  • Video: Develop videos that demonstrate use-cases, tell compelling stories, and support strategic marketing initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong portfolio that showcases your creativity, technical skills, and ability to visualize complex concepts. You should also have experience working in tech-driven environments and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually compelling visual content for various marketing channels.
  • Transform wireframes into intuitive, conversion-focused designs.
  • Develop videos that tell compelling stories and support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual output.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly visuals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in tech-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Video), Figma, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Demonstrated creativity, technical skill, strategic thinking, and ability to visualize complex concepts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
