Job Role:

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead the creative development of our fine jewelry brand on Amazon. This role is responsible for shaping and executing a compelling brand presence across all Amazon customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the visual direction of the brand within the Amazon ecosystem by setting the vision for photography and graphic design teams.
  • Direct all photography efforts by developing clear guidelines and detailed shot lists that align with the brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic design to bring the creative vision to life across all content formats.
  • Review and quality-check all content received from photographers and videographers to ensure it meets brand standards.
  • Oversee creative execution for product detail pages, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and Amazon best practices.
  • Partner with Product, Business Analytics, and Strategy teams to ensure accurate, compelling visual representation of all SKUs on product pages.
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize visuals and content to improve conversion rate.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally in luxury category or Amazon.
  • Proven expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, or brand development.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon content strategy, including listing images, Storefronts, and A+ content.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of creative deliverables.
  • Exceptional eye for detail, luxury aesthetics, and product presentation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to set up scalable creative processes.

  • A well-coordinated and agile creative team with strong processes and quick consistent output.
