About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team as an ASM-Mod Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining elevator market for modernization growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain elevator market for modernization growth.
- Meet with customers to assess their requirements and develop sales strategies.
- Develop and increase customer database through effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Generate and attend new enquiries, and negotiate and finalize orders.
- Prepare sales negotiation data sheets and submit model elevator proposals.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiation meetings.
- Process orders received and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain a good knowledge of tax and commercial activities, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
