We are actively seeking a strategic and experienced Sustainability Finance Professional to join our team. This pivotal role requires a professional with 6+ years of experience in sustainability, particularly in consulting or market research within Finance, ESG, Climate Finance, and Carbon Markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustainability & ESG Leadership: Lead complex sustainability projects and drive impactful change and value creation.
  • Climate Finance Advisory: Provide expert climate finance advisory and guide clients on innovative financing solutions for climate-related projects and strategies.
  • ESG Business Case Development: Develop robust and compelling ESG business cases, demonstrating the financial and strategic benefits of sustainable practices.
  • Fund Mobilization & Investment Guidance: Guide clients on effective fund mobilization strategies for sustainability initiatives and advise on investor portfolio assessments & responsible investment practices.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored sustainability finance solutions.
  • Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sustainability, specifically within consulting or market research in the Finance, ESG, Climate Finance, and Carbon Market sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead sustainability projects & ESG initiatives.
  • Expertise in providing climate finance advisory.
  • Strong capabilities in building ESG business cases.
  • Proficiency in guiding clients on fund mobilization, investor portfolio assessments, & responsible investment.
  • Demonstrated experience in client engagement & team management.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
