Are you a dynamic leader with experience in ERP/EPM engineering?

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our high-performing team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team
  2. Driving performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews
  3. Partnering with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth
  4. Providing mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
  5. Acting as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members
  6. Working closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes
  7. Supporting workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development
  8. Championing diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices
  9. Ensuring team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities
  10. Promoting employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs

Requirements include:

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills

Must have skills include:

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools (performance systems, engagement surveys, succession planning)
  • Exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices
