Job Title: ERP Performance Testing Lead

As an experienced ERP performance testing lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and reliability of our enterprise resource planning system.

  • Develop and implement performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to identify potential issues before they reach production.

You will work closely with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns. Your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills will enable you to interpret test results and identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead a team of performance engineers to clearly define test plans, tasks, schedules, and execution of performance testing activities.

Additional responsibilities include integrating performance tests into our CI/CD pipeline, establishing a continuous build and test cycle, and developing high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance engineering required.

  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner or Neoload.

  • Strong knowledge of ERP applications and hands-on experience with their performance testing.

  • Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases.

  • Proficient in understanding testing activities and approaches in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
