We are seeking a diligent ERP professional to join our team.

This role requires someone with experience in Real Estate ERP systems, specifically Farvision and In4Velocity. The ideal candidate will be based in Gurgaon and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will work closely with business associates and vendors to ensure seamless operation across all modules. They will also provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.

This includes resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance. Additionally, the candidate will gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.

They will also generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes. Moreover, they will supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.

Apart from these responsibilities, the candidate will register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configure and migrate client data as needed. They will also provide comprehensive training and support to clients.
