We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit, ERP & Accounts Assistant to support internal audits, ERP system management, and basic accounting functions. This role ensures accuracy of data, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth integration across departments, including Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Management

  • Maintain and update ERP system data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee ERP modules related to inventory, production, stores, and accounts.

Audit Support

  • Conduct internal audits across all departments, including Accounts, based on defined parameters.
  • Identify discrepancies and report findings to HR-Admin or the Managing Director.

Data Accuracy & Reconciliation

  • Verify data entries in ERP for accuracy and consistency.
  • Reconcile ERP records with physical stock, financial statements, and departmental reports.

System Troubleshooting

  • Report ERP-related issues to IT/vendor for resolution.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting support for ERP users.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Verify and act upon task reports in Bitrix.
  • Prepare and present summaries of audit findings.
  • Generate ERP-based reports for production, stores, and accounts.

Accounts & Compliance Support

  • Assist with accounts-related tasks such as ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and report preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, and other filings).
  • Support documentation for audits and inspections (internal/external).

Training & Support

  • Train staff on ERP usage and best practices.
  • Assist users with ERP or accounts-related queries and updates.

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by HR-Admin or the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce,Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in ERP systems management (inventory, production, accounts modules preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
