IPQC Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in QA within a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of quality tools, process improvements, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality standards in the manufacturing process.
• Prepare and update SOPs, process flow charts, and related documentation.
• Identify grey areas in the process and lead improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to 5S standards.
• Utilize 7 QC tools to monitor and improve product quality.
• Train and guide the QA team to maintain consistent quality checks.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and drive actions to achieve quality objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in an Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi or Telugu (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of 5S, 7 QC tools, ERP systems, and basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to handle and train a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
