Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have experience in QA within a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of quality tools process improvements and team management Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality standards in the manufacturing process Prepare and update SOPs process flow charts and related documentation Identify grey areas in the process and lead improvement initiatives Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to 5S standards Utilize 7 QC tools to monitor and improve product quality Train and guide the QA team to maintain consistent quality checks Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for smooth operations Ensure timely follow-ups and drive actions to achieve quality objectives Required Qualifications Skills Graduate Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance preferably in an Electrical Electronics manufacturing industry Proficiency in English Hindi or Telugu spoken and written Knowledge of 5S 7 QC tools ERP systems and basic computer applications Strong leadership qualities with the ability to handle and train a team Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
