**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain quality standards in the manufacturing process.
- Prepare and update SOPs, process flow charts, and related documentation.
- Identify grey areas in the process and lead improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to 5S standards.
- Utilize 7 QC tools to monitor and improve product quality.
- Train and guide the QA team to maintain consistent quality checks.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and drive actions to achieve quality objectives.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate/Diploma in **Electrical or Electronics Engineering**.
- **2-4 years** of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in an Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in **English, Hindi or Telugu** (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to handle and train a team.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
