Role Overview

The Director of Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing key initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team, global partners, and stakeholders worldwide.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Monitor progress, risks, and ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Ensure initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and stakeholders.
  • Present progress updates to leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and external collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global development.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
