Senior Director of Strategic Growth

The company seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic initiatives, driving growth through innovative business opportunities and ensuring continued success in the industry.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can develop and execute the company's long-term strategy, aligning with market trends and business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets, including product diversification and geographic expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Formulate the company's long-term strategy, leveraging market intelligence and business insights.
  • Conduct thorough market research to anticipate industry shifts and emerging trends.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Business Development:
  • Drive the exploration of new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Lead initiatives to enter new markets, launch new products, and enhance market positioning.
  • Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions to support strategic growth.
Market Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market demand and growth potential.
  • Provide strategic insights to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.
  • Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Operational Alignment:
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated into operational plans.
  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams involved in strategic projects.
Financial Analysis and Budgeting:
  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Present strategic plans and financial forecasts to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and industry associations.
  • Represent the company at industry events to promote strategic vision.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in strategic roles, preferably within the industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
