**Job Description:**

The primary role of this position involves managing Bucket & Recovery collections through In-House filed collection officers/Incharges.

This requires close collaboration between off-role and branch teams to ensure smooth functioning.

Key responsibilities include account level follow-up and review on delinquent cases, as well as achieving given targets.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for empanelment of collection Agency as and when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

For this role, we are looking for candidates with expertise in Regular/NCL Collections, Rural Lending, and Agency Collection model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years' quality experience in collection management, preferably in collections and recovery.

A Graduate degree is mandatory for this role.
