Job Overview:

The Training Manager role is a vital position within our organization, responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department. This involves managing all areas of responsibility and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance guest service and team experience, ensuring a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve human resources goals and hotel targets, working closely with stakeholders to foster a culture of growth and performance.
  • Manage the Human Resources budget and training plan, collaborating with management to evaluate team performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to legislation and best practice activities.
  • Review and scrutinize employee resourcing, compensation, employee development, training, and succession plans, providing expert advice and recommendations to enhance performance.
