Job Overview:

This role combines quality assurance and instructional design to create effective training materials and test eLearning products.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Specialist with expertise in designing, developing, and testing training material using various learning modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create training materials that map to client business needs
  • Review course content for instructional design, content flow, learning effectiveness, language errors, etc.
  • Test eLearning products on SCORM Cloud or other testing tools
  • Closure and resolution of bugs with the development team
  • Design and develop training material using various learning modalities
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders
  • Identify visualization elements to enhance training material
  • Perform quality checks on training deliverables
  • Perform overall testing of the product on Learning Management System (LMS)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Professional Background: B.E or B.Tech in CS/IT/EC
  • 2-6 years of experience in instructional design, content development, and training strategy
  • Experience in telecom industry or related projects
  • Knowledge about networking elements, 5G, 4G, routers
  • Expertise in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools

  • Ability to write content and assessment questions mapping to learning objectives
  • Ability to visualize training content to retain information through visual clues
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks and meet desired milestones
