Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase our online presence and engagement.
- Create Engaging Content: Design and create high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience in social media management.
- Good designing skills with the help of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative thinking, designing post and other engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube etc.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design, video editing.
- Experience in creating social media strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in analysing social media performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers and followers.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in designing, marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Good PR skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Great work ethics.
