Winning Back Listeners Expert

We seek a data-driven marketer to tackle user churn and reactivation. This is a hands-on problem-solver role for analyzing data and developing strategies to save or bring back users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At-Risk User Intervention (Churn Prevention): Identify signals of disengagement, engage with at-risk users through surveys, and develop campaigns to re-engage them before they cancel.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation (Win-Back Strategy): Architect win-back campaigns, segment users based on past behavior, and craft compelling offers to bring back subscribers.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Own key KPIs, provide data insights to Product and Content teams, and partner with the main lifecycle team for seamless user experience.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: Think creatively and challenge assumptions to build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Analytically Sharp: Proficient in SQL analysis and product analytics tools.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Design and interpret A/B tests to get clear answers.
