Job Title: Global Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee a team of Education Counsellors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, client relationship building, and meeting sales targets in the education domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Education Counsellors towards achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through efficient communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients for effective customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee CRM/database usage to track interactions and conversion ratios.
  • Provide regular reporting of team sales goals and performance to senior management.
  • Offer training and mentorship to enhance team productivity.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies for client acquisition.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team with 5-7 years in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for clear expression.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for successful client handling.
  • Able to inspire, coach, and lead by example for team motivation.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results for achievement.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to deliver under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems for data analysis.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in CRM/database tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Intermediate-level MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Email etiquette and digital communication skills for professional correspondence.
