Talent Acquisition Manager for Wellness Communities

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors. Your expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes will ensure that we attract top talent to drive our business forward.

Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Lead/Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy and processes to meet the needs of our dynamic organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment plans, and source high-quality candidates. Your goal will be to build a diverse and talented team that reflects our company values and contributes to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within our wellness communities.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Leverage multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to find potential candidates.
- Candidate Selection:
- Evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate in-person interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with Ridhira Group.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote Ridhira Group as an employer of choice by highlighting our company culture, values, and benefits to potential candidates.
- Collaboration with Department Heads:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs for each role and ensure alignment on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection processes.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including pre-employment paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and diversity of applicants to measure recruitment effectiveness.
- Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Training & Development:
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve recruitment processes and provide guidance to junior HR team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or healthcare sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
- Experience managing a team or mentoring junior recruitment staff.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment.
