R&D Head- Cattle Feed Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of R&D Head- Cattle Feed.

This position involves developing and modifying feed rations to meet the specific nutritional needs of different cattle breeds and life stages, analysing the nutritional content of feed ingredients, and providing technical expertise to cattle producers on feeding strategies, feed management, and nutritional issues.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of new feed products and feeding technologies, and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field, with a Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in beef/cattle nutrition.
  • Strong understanding of nutritional requirements for different cattle production systems, feed ingredient analysis, and ration formulation software.
