Job Overview
  • Meet with business managers to comprehensively discuss and understand the company's BPM application needs.
  • Design and develop cutting-edge Pega BPM applications that align with business requirements and technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pega Application Development: Perform high-quality development of Pega BPM applications.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop advanced solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
  • Core Structure Design: Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • System Integration: Integrate various systems, including business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
  • Troubleshooting & Performance: Identify and troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
  • Security Maintenance: Maintain the security of all system applications.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Pega BPM application design and development.
  • Expertise in solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment.
  • Ability to design class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
  • Skilled in integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
  • Competence in conducting system performance tests.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Pega Developer.
  • CSA & CSSA certifications are mandatory.
