Pega Decisioning Architect

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable Pega Decisioning solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement decisioning strategies using machine learning, predictive analytics, and business rules.

Required Skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Decisioning Architecture or similar IT roles is required.
  • Strong technical expertise in Pega Decisioning or similar platforms is necessary.
  • Proficiency in machine learning, predictive modeling, and rule-based decisioning is crucial.
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities are required.
  • The ability to quickly learn new concepts and effectively explain them to stakeholders is vital.
