Job Title : Pega RPA DeveloperExperience : 6+ yearsWork Mode : HybridLocation : Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Chennai, PuneNotice period : 15 days (immediate joiners)Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.- Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.- Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.- Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.- Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known/unknown issues.- Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.Must-Have Skills :- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio).- Strong proficiency in workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.- Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.- Proven expertise in production support: incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.- Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call/weekend support.Good-to-Have Skills :- Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.- Experience with migration projects (from lower to higher versions of Pega Robotics Studio).- Exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
