Mandatory Skills Sets:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (v8.x or above) and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Proficiency in Pega rule types, case management, workflow automation, and BPM solution development.
• Deep understanding of Pega application integration, data modeling, and API consumption (REST/SOAP).
• Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot), SQL databases and basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Competency in Pega application deployment, troubleshooting, and optimizing process performance.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and version control (Git).

Key Responsibilities:

Application & Integration Development:

• Maintain robust RESTful microservices, ensuring end-to-end integration of front-end and backend systems.
• Design, develop, and configure BPM applications and workflows using Pega PRPC and CDH
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and enterprise systems with Pega applications.
• Customize rule-based business logic, case processes, and decisioning for dynamic enterprise solutions.
• Develop and implement Decision Tables and Decision Strategies within Pega for loyalty rules, offers, and promotions management, ensuring dynamic and personalized customer experiences.

BPM and Workflow Integration:

• Develop and configure rule-based workflows, leveraging Pega PRPC/CDH for process automation and decisioning.
• Support customization of Pega-driven business processes and ensure seamless API connectivity.

Process Automation & Quality

• Build scalable, reusable components and implement Pega guardrails for maintainability and compliance.
• Participate in unit testing, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
• Track workflow/process metrics for continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA, to deliver solutions on schedule.
• Actively engage in Agile sprints: provide updates, demos, and participate in sprint rituals.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation including design specs, code documentation, and process artifacts.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with industry trends in full stack, cloud, Pega, and BPM development.
• Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and code reusability.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and best practices for solution delivery.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Pega development experience in a BPM or enterprise application environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of workflow automation, data modeling, and integration in Pega ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality outcomes in Agile projects.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot development experience, especially for creating custom connectors or microservices integrating with Pega.
• Familiarity with advanced front-end frameworks (React JS/Angular JS).
• Experience with Pega DevOps, Pega Diagnostic Cloud, or cloud platform deployments (AWS, Azure).
• Pega certifications (CSA, CSSA, PDC) are an advantage.
