Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Pega RPA Platform
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs, evaluate the opportunity for automation, and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.
  • Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.
  • Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in PEGA RPA.
  • Hands-on experience in Pega RPA Platform including bot creation, RoboManager configuration and schedulin and bot insights.
  • Experience or strong knowledge in PEGA PRPC including case design, flows, activities, data pages, integrations, and rules management
  • Experience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
