Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Pega RPA PlatformCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation needs, evaluate the opportunity for automation, and convert them into technical solutions.Define solution architecture, conduct design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in RPA domains.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and junior team members.Monitor the performance and stability of automation bots and PEGA applications in production.Conduct proof of concepts (POCs), tool evaluations, and capacity planning.Ensure compliance with security and governance standards as well as platform guardrail development best practices in all automation implementations.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and report progress to leadership.Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure smooth delivery.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in PEGA RPA.Hands-on experience in Pega RPA Platform including bot creation, RoboManager configuration and schedulin and bot insights.Experience or strong knowledge in PEGA PRPC including case design, flows, activities, data pages, integrations, and rules managementExperience in integrating RPA with BPM systems or other enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
