Strategic Application Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Application Leader to lead the effort to design, develop, and implement applications. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitate discussions to address challenges, and guide your team in implementing effective solutions.

You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for application development
  • Lead cross-functional teams to perform tasks efficiently
  • Make informed decisions that align with business objectives
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Proficiency in Pega Platform, PEGA CSA and CSSA certification with latest version, 5 years of experience in Pega Platform
  • Desirable: Experience with Pega 7.x and Pega 8.x, strong understanding of application design principles and best practices, experience in integrating Pega applications with other systems and platforms, familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform
  • This position is based at our office location
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
