The GS Product Team is a global team of product professionals leading the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for the suite of capabilities used by colleagues and customers that touch our servicing network. We are responsible for empowering our colleagues and customers with tools and solutions needed to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, recognize and solve their needs with ease.
We are seeking a highly motivated product manager who will be designing solutions for the next gen case management product keeping in mind best in class servicing and automation design principles. The person in this role is expected to look externally, map and understand end -to-end customer journeys and opportunities for improvement, define and prioritize a roadmap of features and enhancements to improve the customer experience and drive business value through. The product manager will participate actively in all phases of the development process with the engineering team, designers and architects, and with partners from other lines of business and operations leader to deliver right solutions
The individual will be responsible for:
- Case management product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of scalable solutions for enterprise use
- Understand the current Pega platform, architect the target state, and implement the modernization roadmap to globalise key capabilities while phasing out outdated ones.
- Driving and Supporting business initiatives that enhance and optimize the capabilities to enhance efficiency, customer & colleague experience
- Work with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions tailored to AXP needs.
- Bring an external perspective and use data and analytics to identify gaps, innovative ideas and enhancements that improve platform and existing processes
- Deliver Intelligent automation use cases as part of the case management Platform
- Successfully manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Effectively collaborate/influence at all levels without having direct authority.
- Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to track product performance post launch
- Provide consultancy to business partners to ensure that processes and platforms are applied appropriately
- Leadership updates and timely updates to Stake holders
- Collaborating with Issue Management, Control Management, Auditors on issues/gaps/controls. Identify, root cause, and log issues, to facilitate a proactive risk management culture
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in computer science, product management/design, or other related discipline is desired
- Minimum of 5-10 Years experience in the product management space as a Product owner or a product manager - Agile/Kanban, Scrum, SAFe etc.
- Proven experience working in high performing agile teams delivering continuous product features and enhancements, in partnership with Technology teams
- Scrum master, CSPO and / or SAFE product owner manager certification
- Basic understanding of advanced analytics / AI-ML / Gen-AI techniques and they can be leveraged in a product will be a plus.
- Expertise in Enterprise Business Capability, Business Architecture, Product Management, Agile
- Experience in project management, control & compliance will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Knowledge of SQL / Hive / Python and other data querying and manipulation techniques as well as scripting techniques is desired.
- Understanding of APIs and SDKs is desired
- Familiarity with design thinking, six sigma, LEAP and / or LEAN continuous process improvement techniques
- Good business acumen to convey key benefits to customers and successfully launch new solutions.
