Job Title: AI/ML Platform Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced technical leader to drive the development and delivery of an enterprise-grade AI/ML platform. This is a strategic, hands-on role that interfaces with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and feature acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering to assess technical options and define product release plans.
  • Define, document, and communicate the product vision and strategy effectively.
  • Work closely with UX and development teams to drive product design and delivery.
  • Deliver consistent product value aligned with business objectives.
  • Create release documentation and lead demos for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer presentations and system demos.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical leadership or similar roles.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML development, data science workflows, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience managing MLOps tools and pipelines (e.g., Airflow, Databricks, AML).
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals, including model training and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy and comfort with data analytics.
  • Fluent in Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with agent-based AI workflows and generative AI use cases.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation and DevOps principles.
