Role: AI Platform Engineer – Context & Decisioning

We're looking for an AI Platform Engineer – Context & Decisioning to join our Gurgaon team (on-site). You'll be at the core of building and scaling our AI-native debt marketplace platform — integrating AI-driven decisioning, designing context-aware systems, and ensuring a seamless experience for both lenders and borrowers.

Your work will shape how credit is assessed, matched, and delivered in the next generation of autonomous lending systems .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the AI-powered debt marketplace platform
  • Build and optimise context engineering pipelines for faster, safer decisioning
  • Integrate AI models (SLMs, decision engines) into production workflows
  • Collaborate with product, data, and capital teams to enhance platform functionality
  • Monitor, analyse, and improve performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Implement secure, compliant solutions aligned with financial regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, from IITs/NITs
  • Strong proficiency in software development and system integrations
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions (preferably context engineering or model finetuning)
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and building data-driven applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus
