Our diverse team of experts leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and media to amplify the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

Role Responsibilities

Professionals work on project teams in campaigns, developing strategy with client teams.

They plan and execute campaign strategies, coordinate with teams, and manage stakeholder engagements.

Teams interact closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels, maintaining confidentiality and displaying excellent client management skills.

Insights are provided to stakeholders on campaign progress through continuous reporting and analysis.

The job requires evening and weekend work, as well as extensive travel across West Bengal.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The position demands intelligent, passionate, and self-driven professionals with experience in the consulting industry.

Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communications skills.

They should thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and contribute ideas and strategies towards campaign initiatives.

Additionally, candidates should be able to:

  • Project-manage campaign initiatives end-to-end
  • Undertake research and present findings to formulate on-ground initiatives
  • Possess high-quality problem-solving, analytical skills, and propose practical solutions for issues
  • Have a strong bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity

Key Requirements

Desired qualifications include a degree from Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institutions.

A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in Political consulting or similar experience is an added advantage.

Willingsness to work, stay, and travel in West Bengal is required.

Proficiency in written and spoken Bengali is necessary.
