Campaign Strategist

Description:

This role involves designing, building, and deploying multi-channel campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive campaign strategies, create engaging content, and execute campaigns across various channels including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and in-app messages.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize data analytics and segmentation techniques to identify and engage with key audience groups, ensuring personalized experiences that drive desired outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, leveraging expertise from each team to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management and execution using Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for data analysis and audience building.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Familiarity with data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation principles.
  • Ability to communicate complex campaign concepts and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as AEP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template troubleshooting and customization.
  • Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems, including Adobe AEP and Snowflake.
