Job Description:

This role involves handling corporate and commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee corporate governance projects, including acquisitions and restructurings.

The Legal Manager will provide accurate and timely legal counsel to stakeholders on a wide range of topics, including contractual matters and risk management. They will draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, develop contract templates, and assist with insurance claims.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent legal judgment with strong business partnering skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide solutions proactively and mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide legal counsel to stakeholders on complex legal topics.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
  3. Develop contract templates and adapt existing ones to local requirements.
  4. Assist with insurance claims and queries.
  5. Alert stakeholders to legal and regulatory risks and provide solutions to mitigate those risks.
