Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

You will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers, conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery.

Your goal will be to develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and the BFSI industry is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Experience: Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
