Job Title: Education Career Advisor

Be Medic Academy is a fast-growing Medical & Nutrition EdTech platform that empowers aspiring healthcare professionals with specialized certificate and diploma programs. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical healthcare skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated Education Career Advisors who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets. The role involves guiding leads from enquiry to admission to EMI closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students.
  • Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions.
  • Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students' goals & suggest the right course.
  • Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly.
  • Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).
  • Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.
  • Share reminders & follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email & calls.
  • Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K/month after certification).
  • Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability.
  • Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.
  • Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Daily Calls: 200+
  • WhatsApp Follow-ups: 50+
  • Conversions: 10–15% of leads handled
  • EMI Collections: 100% adherence
  • Admission Target Achievement: Monthly quota as per team goal
