We are looking for a skilled and experienced Program Advisor to join our team.

A Program Advisor plays a critical role in the growth and success of our organization. As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can help them achieve their career goals.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while guiding learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent verbal, written communication, listening and critical thinking skills. You should also have strong phone presence, be comfortable making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
