The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality principles and practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of our services or products.
  • Defect Remediation: Identify and rectify defects within the production process.
  • Preventative Actions: Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze statistical data to inform quality-related decisions.
  • User Expectations: Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
