  • Messaging Technologies: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint, as well as PowerShell and Exchange Server.
  • COTS Applications: Microsoft Office, Adobe, Avaya, Zoom, and Ivanti, with installation, uninstallation, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Mobile Device Management: Configuration, installation, setup, and remote wipe of Office products on mobile devices.
  • Windows/MAC OS: MAC setup and troubleshooting, printer mapping/installation, browser issues troubleshooting, and basic OS troubleshooting.
  • VPN/MFA Troubleshooting: DUO setup and troubleshooting, VPN application issues, certificate installation, and OKTA/MFA Defender troubleshooting.
