We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our people and culture function as an HR Generalist.
- Recruitment Management: end-to-end process from sourcing, screening, to onboarding.
- HR Operations Support: payroll coordination, employee records management, and compliance.
- Policies and Performance Management: assisting in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
- Employee Engagement: driving initiatives to nurture workplace culture and improve overall employee experience.
- Queries and Support: handling inquiries related to HR, benefits, and company policies.
- Talent Pipeline Development: partnering with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future growth.
Key Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
