At Monastic Media, we're looking for a skilled Google Ads expert to drive our paid advertising campaigns across the platform.
This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the team to stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads policies and features.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure seamless integration with analytics tools.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads & Analytics Certification.
- Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization & CRO strategies.

Job Description Structure:
